Step-1: First, go to zoho.com/mail. Then click on the 'Sign Up For Free' button.

Step-2: Next, scroll down and select the 'Forever Free Plan.'

Step-3: After that, complete the sign-up process by providing your name, personal email address, and password.

Step-4: Verify your account by submitting the OTP received from 'Zoho' through your email.

Step-5: Then, add your domain. If you already own a domain, click on the 'Add an existing domain' option. Alternatively, if you want to purchase a new domain directly through 'Zoho,' click on 'Buy a new domain.

Step-6: After clicking 'Add an existing domain,' enter your domain name, and organization name, and select the 'Industry Type.' Then, click the Add button.

Step-7: Once the domain is successfully added, click on 'Proceed to domain verification' for domain verification.

Step-8: Follow the instructions provided by 'Zoho' to add DNS and MX records to your domain provider's site. If everything is correct, your domain will be verified within a minimum of 1 minute to a maximum of 24 hours. Remember that the 'alias' you provide will be the main part of your email. For example, if your domain is abc.com, and you set the 'alias' as 'hello,' your professional email address will be hello@abc.com.

Step-9: After that, go to mail.zoho.com, click on your profile, and then click on 'Admin Console.'
